17th Annual CPD Conference Virtual Conference Saturday 31 Oct to Sunday 1 Nov, 2020.

Scope of Practice and Advanced Practice

2020 is a crisis on all levels With ANZSNM 2020 being cancelled, social and professional isolation of our members, stress on employment, and stress on health have all caused changes to the way we live and left gaps in our professional development that need filling
We understand that some will just use 2020 to reboot!

We will convert the program to live streamed via Zoom for registrants, record those sessions and make them available to delegates It will have cost implications to have a virtual meeting, but we hope to offset that with good registration numbers and sponsorship.

This year we have responded to the ANZSNM 2020 cancellation to provide a robust CPD program with the usual array of speakers and topics.

We will also offer 2 specific training programs essential for Nuclear Medicine Scientist and radiographers for future practice Pharmacology and CT Certification.

Please see the flyer for more information and registration.

RAINS and CAMRT collaborate!

A memorandum of understanding (MOU) has recently been signed between the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists and RAINS whereby the Journal of Medical Imaging and Radiation Sciences (JMRIS) will become the official journal of RAINS. The goal of this partnership is to provide RAINS members with online access to JMRIS to expand the scope of the dedicated readers and authors. More details to come…
